Terms & Conditions

The above-quoted rates are valid per room, per night, and exclude VAT, if applicable. According to Israeli law, guests who stay the night at the Hotel and who are foreign resident tourists staying in Israel under a tourist visa of the B/2; B/3; or B/4 type are entitled to an exemption from VAT. Guests who do not produce a valid tourist visa as required will be charged VAT as prescribed by law.

All rates are quoted in US dollars and are applicable per room per night.

Check-in starts from 3:00 pm; Check-out until 12:00 pm.

Cancellation Policy

Individual reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 10 days prior to the arrival date. If the room is canceled less than 10 days prior to arrival, a one-night stay will be charged to the client’s credit card.

Force majeure

Force Majeure, including but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, war, epidemic, government[1]imposed restrictions, workers’ strike, and other circumstances beyond the Hotel’s control, where the Hotel will have no reasonable opportunity to hold the rooms.

No cancelation will be charged up to 24 hours before arrival.

NO-SHOW

In the event a guest does not arrive at the hotel and check in to the reserved room(s), Hilton is allowed to charge to the guest’s credit card the room rate for the entire reservation. The said reservation(s) for the entire stay shall be canceled and released for resale by Hilton.

Update on HH Benefits Policy

Update from Hilton International regarding the Hilton Honors benefits policy, which has changed at the Hilton Tel Aviv hotel as well, and is effective immediately.

The benefit allowing a second guest to stay free of charge in a member’s room is no longer applicable and cannot be applied to any of our rate plans.

However, we will honour any bookings that were already confirmed with an HH discount prior to this change.

General Remarks:

* Above rates are per room, per night in US$, NET to the hotel.

* VAT and tax will be added as applicable by law.

* Check-in is available from 2:00 pm, and check out is until 12:00 pm

Cancellation policy:

*Individual bookings can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without cancellation fees.

*Non-show reservations will be charged for the full booked period.

*All cancellations and amendments must be made in writing and confirmed by the hotel.

Payment policy:

Guest’s rooms and extras will be paid by the guests.

When making reservations, guests will be required to provide a credit card for a guarantee to ensure their reservation.
